Fees

My services, including all groups, are often covered by extended health benefit plans that cover Psychotherapists or Social Workers. Please check with your benefit provider for specific details.
Fees for a 50-minute session are on a sliding scale up to a maximum of $150 (including HST). The sliding scale is dependent on circumstances and scheduling availability. The average cost per session is $135. Payment is made at the end of each session either by cash, cheque or e-transfer. Receipts will be provided, and you may submit them to your insurance for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice must be given for cancelled or rescheduled sessions, otherwise you may be charged 1/2 the cost of the session.

Insurance

Services provided are not currently covered by Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). Extended Health or employee benefit plans may offer coverage.
Please consult your benefit provider to inquire about your specific coverage.

Non-Coverage

Counselling can be expensive, but personal investments often are. Just as you may spend money on a gym membership or furthering your education, therapy is a personal investment that you are making for yourself and in yourself.
