R.A.G.E.: Redefining Anger, Grief, and Emotions
Understand. Regulate. Respond. Grow.
R.A.G.E. (Redefining Anger, Grief, and Emotions) is a psychoeducational program designed to help individuals better understand their emotions, recognize triggers, and develop healthier ways to manage and express their feelings.
Participants explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviours while developing practical tools to manage anger, frustration, stress, and other intense emotions. The program also focuses on healthy communication, coping strategies, emotional awareness, and resilience.
R.A.G.E. is available in individual and group formats, in English and French, with age-appropriate programs for:
- Children: Ages 9–12
- Teens: Ages 13–17
- Adults: 18+
The program is designed to meet participants where they are and provide practical skills they can use in everyday life.
R.A.G.E. is also offered as part of our Psycho-Educational Group programming, providing participants with an opportunity to learn alongside others, share experiences, and develop skills in a supportive group environment.
Build awareness. Develop skills. Move forward with confidence.
