Payment Information & Coverage
We understand that accessing counselling and mental health services is an important investment in your well-being. We strive to make payment and coverage information as clear and straightforward as possible.
Our team includes qualified professionals from a variety of disciplines, including Social Workers, Social Service Workers, Psychotherapists, Child and Youth Workers, Psychologists, and a Nurse Practitioner. Coverage and reimbursement depend on your insurance provider, the professional you see, the service provided, and the details of your individual benefits plan.
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for eligible mental health professionals, including Registered Social Workers (RSWs), Registered Psychotherapists (RPs), Psychologists, and other providers. Before your first appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage, eligible providers, annual limits, and any requirements for reimbursement.
Where available, we offer direct billing to select insurance providers and benefit programs to help simplify the payment process.
If you have questions about our fees, direct billing, or insurance coverage, please contact our office. We are happy to help you understand your options.
