Depression

Understand. Connect. Move Forward.

Depression is more than simply feeling sad or having a difficult day. It can affect how you think, feel, behave, and experience everyday life, including your relationships, work, school, sleep, motivation, energy, and overall well-being.

Depression can look different for everyone. You may experience persistent sadness or emptiness, loss of interest or enjoyment, low energy, changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating, feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness, irritability, withdrawal, or feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks.

We provide compassionate, individualized support to help you better understand what you are experiencing and explore factors that may be contributing to how you feel. Together, we work on practical coping strategies, emotional resilience, and manageable steps toward feeling more connected and engaged in your life.

Depending on your needs and goals, therapy may incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other therapeutic approaches.

With the right support and tools, you can develop healthier ways of coping and move toward greater hope, confidence, and well-being.

You don't have to have all the answers. Sometimes, the first step is simply reaching out.
