Grief & Loss Counselling

Grief is a deeply personal experience that can follow many types of loss. While often associated with the death of a loved one, grief can also arise following divorce or separation, changes in relationships, relocation, loss of health or independence, and other significant life transitions.

Grief can bring many emotions, including sadness, anger, guilt, loneliness, confusion, relief, or a deep sense of longing. These experiences are different for everyone, and there is no single way or timeline for grieving.

We provide a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space to explore your experience of loss at your own pace. Together, we can develop healthy coping strategies, navigate difficult emotions, and find ways to move forward while honouring what—and who—you have lost.

Our approach respects your unique experience of grief, including the circumstances of your loss, your relationships, culture, personal experiences, and sources of support.

There is no right way to grieve. Your journey is uniquely yours.
