Self-Esteem & Self-Confidence

Self-esteem is how we view, value, and feel about ourselves. It can be shaped by relationships, life experiences, criticism, trauma, social expectations, and the way we speak to ourselves. When self-esteem is low, it can affect confidence, relationships, decision-making, boundaries, and our ability to recognize our strengths.

Low self-esteem may show up as self-doubt, negative self-talk, fear of rejection or failure, comparing yourself to others, difficulty accepting compliments, people-pleasing, or feeling that you are not good enough.

We provide compassionate, individualized support to help you explore the experiences and beliefs that may be affecting how you see yourself. Together, we can develop a more balanced and compassionate view of yourself, strengthen confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and recognize your strengths.

Depending on your needs and goals, therapy may incorporate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, and other therapeutic approaches.

Build Confidence. Recognize Your Strengths. Feel Good About Yourself.
